Each 90-minute workshop will include several different journaling prompts to engage many angles of yourself from gratitude to childlike wonder, emotions to relationships, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to write, reflect, and share your journaling and process with the others on the workshop. Each journaling workshop will conclude with light coaching and discussion surrounding how you can carry on with your journaling with a plan to journal at your own pace into the next month, now that you’ve begun.
